THE INSURANCE COMPANY
If the other party is at fault:
Contact their Insurance Company to see that a claim has been made. It is usually a benefit to go through their Insurance Company. For example, their Insurance will usually provide you with a rental while your vehicle is in the shop.
YOU CHOOSE THE REPAIR SHOP
Some Insurance Companies write their own estimates, others ask you to get an estimate from a Collision Repair Shop. Regardless of who writes the initial estimate, YOU have the right to select the repair shop. We will be glad to assist you with additional information specific to your accident.
